well this is my first dvd drive and it works fine.Burned all my home movies without a flaw. However, when I use Nero software to backup my computer, I had a lot of mistakes, and still can not use backups. i think the blame is not on the drive or the great nero software, but the norton anit virus prof.I found some, like not allowing proses go to the end. .
