These drives are gems.Sturdy, reliable, bus powered @ 7200rpm..In Hollywood where the drive transport standard is a de facto these fast. I have about 10 of them now and haven't had one go bad yet.With all the players, its not a question of if but when, so that I use these disks for years without Downers speaks. I almost gave up on Lacie after their D2 line because they were such a disaster, but these drives are salvaging their reputation.Helpful!.
